Siemens PLM Software is seeking a manager of its partner marketing

campaign execution platform, helping drive Siemens PLM’s position as

the fastest growing digitalization software company by providing

digital marketing tools to its partner ecosystem. As a member of

Siemens global channel partner marketing organization, you’ll be a key

player within our marketing team. In this role, you will drive

adoption of the Zift Solutions ( ) digital

marketing platform across our network of channel partners, helping

businesses who resell Siemens PLM Software to tell our story through

email, social, and web-based marketing campaigns. Success in this role

involves three key elements: (1) advocating adoption of digital

marketing practices to our channel partners; (2) readying existing

Siemens PLM Software marketing campaigns in the Zift Solutions platform

for partner execution; (3) and providing proactive communications

regarding available campaigns and related marketing performance to

internal team members and partners alike. You should be a

self-starter, organized, results oriented, comfortable working within a

global matrixed organization.


• Work with a network of marketing managers to collect Siemens PLM

Software campaign requirements from our channel partners

• Work with Siemens PLM Software product marketing managers to identify

campaigns applicable to partners for import into Zift Solutions


• Load Siemens PLM Software marketing campaign content into Zift

Solutions platform, modifying content andimages where necessary to

conform to platform and standards

• Maintain catalog of available marketing campaigns and schedule of

future campaign availability with project management tools

• Create and distribute marketing performance reports using Zift

Solutions platform, highlighting performance of partners, geographies,

campaigns, and tactics

• Manage relationship with Zift Solutions team, managing licenses,

communicating recurring support requests, and voicing platform

improvement requirements

• Drive adoption with partners by communicating regarding available

campaigns, in-development campaigns, and marketing performance through

webinars, emails, and Zift’s in-app communications

• Communicate to channel marketing managers and product marketing teams

regarding available campaigns, in-development campaigns, and marketing

performance through webinars and emails


• Experience in digital marketing content creation and execution (web,

social media, email) and marketing-related technologies (ex. Eloqua,

Hubspot, Pardot, Buffer, MailChimp, etc.)

•Experience in project management including gathering requirements,

creating project plans and Gantt charts, forecasting and maintaining


• Experience in analytics and reporting on digital marketing

performance measures

• Experience working with intercultural teams working remotely and

across multiple time zones

• Must be able to manage and advance many projects simultaneously,

working with numerous stakeholders across a matrix organization

• Must have excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills,

communicating bi-weekly status in public forum

• Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint expertise required. Microsoft

Project, Image Editing (Photoshop, GIMP), HTML editing or direct

experience with Zift Solutions is a plus.
