Overview

Looking for candidates who have industry or product marketing, and

development or manufacturing experience in the Energy & Utilities

industry

Job Description

Develops marketing strategies, plans and campaigns to support

achievement of strategic revenue objectives for the Energy & Utilities

industry and its respective industry segments. Plays proactive role in

marketing planning and design to ensure the industry solutions and

products are differentiated from competitors. Keeps informed of and

evaluates new and existing market trends for financial potential. Works

with employee education, sales, customer support and product support on

positioning industry products, developing training courses, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Leads all marketing activities or services as a senior level marketing

manager in a large corporation

•Includes responsibilities in several areas of marketing, including

campaign messaging and content development, market research,

advertising and public relations, marketing communications, business

partners, or digital marketing

•Works with executives to identify, develop, and implement effective

and productive marketing strategies, plans and campaigns

•Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision

•This is an individual contributor role

Required Skills

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering

•Marketing experience with one or more positions or job assignments

•Self-motivated and self-starter

•Structured thinker and excellent analysis skills

•Excellent written skills, including the ability to develop clear

messaging concepts and author appropriate content to support marketing

execution and sales enablement

•Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to

present to large audiences

•Excellent English communication skills

•Ability to collaborate with and influence others

•Ability to manage programs/projects, including definition of timing

plans, resources and deliverables as well as issue identification and

resolution.

•Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and

Word, and ability to learn new productivity software skills as needed

Preferred Background:

•10+ years of industry career experience across multiple roles in an

enterprise including Marketing as well as Product Development,

Manufacturing, Business Development or Consulting Experience
