Join our team as Working Student – IT Support (f/m/d) and help us digitalize the future.

Which role will you play?

• Daily end-user support

• Providing desk-side support for Windows and Linux

• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows & Linux operative systems

• Providing the required level of security and compliance for servers and workstations

• Basic hardware setup and maintenance

• Developing internal tools and scripts

What you need to succeed with us?

• Enrolment at a German University

• Student of Computer Science or Information System Engineering with at least 1 years of studies remaining

• Availability to work 2 or 3 days of the week in our office in Villingen-Schwenningen

• Hands-on experience in Windows (Linux and mac-OS a plus)

• Client-facing, service oriented, loves helping people

• Good troubleshooting skills

• Team player, along with ability to work independently

• Fast learner, out-of-the-box thinker

• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
