We are seeking a motivated student who has a desire to work with our support team and customers. You will get the opportunity to:

  • Ensure technical success of our customers in their use of our software

  • Work closely with support team and customers to understand their engineering workflow

  • Help our customers install and license our software

  • Propose solutions and best practices to help client meet their objectives as well as improve their processes

  • Enhance training materials our customers use with our software

  • Improve existing tutorials with the possibility of making your own

  • Since our Troy, Michigan office is a training center, you may get the chance to be a teaching assistant in some of the classes


  • Currently enrolled in a university pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field

  • Graduating in 2019 or later

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Siemens software is a plus

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
