Business Analyst, Sales Operations
Responsible for coordinating major commercial opportunities and maintaining SAP master data. Lead and participate in the creation, planning and analysis of master data records in the SAP Material Master and other systems of record for master data. Support demand planning and forecasting. Develop tools to support sales funnel conversion.
Lead and support all CRM efforts to facilitate best practices throughout the organization for new and existing product set up within Global structure and systems requirements. (SAP, SHARE, etc.).
Working knowledge of SAP workflow, processes, and master data for production planning and execution, order management, and warehouse management.
Analyze and improve existing business process methods and workflow to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, or discontinuance.
Analyze and update master data records in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure business process methods and workflows are in alignment with strategic direction of the organization.
Support project teams in the creation of new Siemens Material Numbers (SMNs) for customer/service orderable products.
Monitor, analyze, and improve data integrity.
Problem solving of work flow and business system process issues.
Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product phase-out, and new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.
Collaborate with all SAP data owners, such as, Marketing, R&D, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, Procurement, Engineering, Regulatory, and Quality Assurance, to evaluate and validate master data and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Provide support for strategy and tactics to achieve financial targets globally.
Development of marketing programs, channel and pricing strategies to ensure the profit growth and expansion of global business.
Support S&OP sales funnel, shipment reporting, and other ad hoc logistics queries
Support the evolution, integration, and implementation of sales planning support systems and processes to meet the rapid growth of the business and its revenue attainment and market development objectives.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Minimum 5 years in Marketing and/or Logistics or Supply Chain
3+ years related experience in master data management
Advanced SAP user, deep knowledge with SAP supply chain applications
Strong process management and attention to details
Strong skills in problem solving, data analytics, and statistics
Background in SQL and MS Access
Ability to take a proactive attitude and work under pressure to urgent requests
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
