Job Description:

Business Analyst III

** This position can be located in Milford, OH, Detroit, MI or St. Louis, MO. Applicants must currently reside in one of those 3 cities.

Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the

Unites States. Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored

Responsibilities

  • Completes Financial\Business reporting activities to support Industry

Vice Presidents to understand and measure health of Business

  • Performs financial analysis regarding trends, financial structure,

support Sales Rep Compensation issues etc. and special project related

topics

  • Preparation of monthly executive Sales Review Call (SRC) meetings

  • Support for for global internal allocation order splits

  • Intermediate role as a business translator between Sales and Finance

(ensure bi-directional communication)

  • Strong interaction with VP of Business Operations

  • Analyses and monitors key performance indicators and business

performance, and creates regular reports to management.

  • May perform and complete also projects re developing financial and

controlling standards and guidelines.

  • Carries out a range of operational tasks and project work in the area

of expertise as assigned by superior.

  • May or may not be specialized in any kind of financial area.

  • May also contribute to the (further) development of concepts and

standards in the area of expertise based on operational experience.

  • Proven track-record in critical analysis and the ability to deep dive

into problems

  • Strategic and entrepreneurial orientation/ mind set

  • Abilityto manage multiple assignments simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and administrative skills; formal Business Analysis

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required

3+ years of relevant education/ work experience in Finance

2+ years’ experience working with Office, and Essbase OR SAP OR Business Warehouse OR another

type of Enterprise based system where you have pulled data to create reports.

  • Ability to visualize project process in PPT, EXCEL, Dash-boarding and

Management-Level Reporting

  • Prior experience in managing budgets and cost center reporting and

forecasting preferred

  • Must have a good attitude and know how to make work enjoyable;

curiosity imperative

  • Consistently dependable, self-motivated, flexible, and highly driven

individual

Preferred:

Formal Business Analysis experience preferred

Prefer experience with SAP, Essbase, Salesforce, Calidus including an understanding of DF PL’s organizational structure

Preference would be given to individuals with excellent Excel, Hyperion, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP skills and Various Database skills .

Master of Science, Master of Business Administration and/or CPA/CMA
