Job Description:


· One of the main objectives of this position is to operate automated/robotic equipment, and ensure that equipment stays in excellent working condition.

· Operator will load/unload product on and off equipment, and verify product is ready for next process.

· Operator will work closely with area Supervisor and/or Manufacturing Technicians for Complex troubleshooting situations.


  • Performs all of thestandard and some specialized and complex aspects within area ofspecialization

  • Applies documentedrules, past practices, or instruction on an independent level

  • Effectivelyidentifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solvethem in situations where the problem is difficult or complex

· Trained to operate automated/robotic equipment

RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • 2-3 Years’ experience operatingautomated equipment

  • HS diploma orequivalent required. Specialized skill training/certification may berequired.

  • No travel required

PreferredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Associate’s degreeor 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred.

  • Generally, 5-8 yearsof successful experience in area of responsibility and successfuldemonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above

Advanced skills: Soldering, Testing, Robot Operator
