Sales Support is responsible for the definition of sales support on quotation preparation providing to all SI EP customers in Malaysia and Singapore. He/She is also responsible for liasing the internal communication with our Global Shared Services Team for the status of orders and deliveries. He/she also handles the product warranty claim which customer submitted to SI EP for product warranty issue and liase with the customer, technical team and GBS team.

What are my responsibilities?

• Coordinate with Pricing Manager for day-to-day quotation activities to ensure timely response to sales

• Competent in preparation quotations for the customers

• Attend and handle customer ‘s enquiries and complaints

• Liase with clients and GBS team for the delivery of products as required by client

• Coordinate and work together with Sales/ Account Managers for preparation of quotation to clients.

• Handle the product warranty claim information provided by the Sales / Account Managers and liase with Technical team and GBS team for the product replacement ordering

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned including support of commercial and operational functions, subject to completion of core functions.

What do I need to qualify for the role?

• Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel

• Excellent motivational skills and works will with a team but also able to work alone

• Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize

• Excellent communication skills and flair for numbers

• Meticulous and numerate.

• At least SPM/ STPM/ A Levels or Fresh Graduates
