Supports the Syva drug test product line, provides assistance for production support and complaint investigation which is critical to ensure the supply chain requirements.
Works with biochemists in a wide variety of technical assignments and also developing design of experiments for production root cause investigations; Performs testing or investigations for raw materials or final products using instrument including Viva Series, Beckman Olympus, Atellica, Advia, Dimension and Vista.
Obtains, correlates, analyzes technical information and present data during Technical meetings; Provides assistance in preparing reports, charts, graphs, and other documents and supports the process change, design change projects and validations activities.
Must be able to work independently, able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge and strong skill of laboratory techniques used in a chemistry lab (pH, pipetting, handling of chemicals and controlled substances); familiar with SAP for lot tracing and inventory level.
Possess strong computer skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills; Strong player in a team setting, be flexible and willing to learn and change.
Understand and comply with the Quality System Regulation and OSHA safety requirements; Requires solid knowledge and practice of GMP regulations (GLP and GDP); Knowledge of FDA, ISO, and IVDD
