Job Description:


Perform testing and/or characterization on systems and sub-assemblies to support the reliability plan for new product development projects. Generate data using a variety of statistical techniques and test platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, however other duties may be assigned.

Review data and perform analysis of results in accordance with reliability protocol. Tabulates and graphs as needed.

Prepare for and attend Reliability Analysis Team meetings and investigate TFS Database records when requested.

Assist in lab housekeeping. Maintain system log sheets and maintenance logs in compliance with applicable protocols.

Comply with all applicable quality system requirements and prepare for internal and external audits.

Adhere to all applicable industry and government standards regarding safe handling of biohazardous materials and comply with all company safety policies. Use required Personal Protective Equipment at all times. Report potentially unsafe conditions.

Complete all compulsory job, EHS and quality system training.

Assist in writing and reviewing testing protocols and K-Brief Reports as required.

Perform additional research and development study protocols and other duties as required by the reliability manager.

Education and/or Experience

College Study in an Engineering Discipline minimum of two years.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
