We’re currently recruiting co-ops for our Fall 2018 Strategic Student Program. Our co-op positions will allow you to find a career path that most inspires you. We have positions available in our Chief Technology Office (CTO).

Our Chief Technology Office (CTO) is responsible for high-tech, innovative research and design. CTOprovides shared platform, architecture, innovation and development services.Project assignments in this organization vary greatly depending on the business needs. At times, students may:

  • Partnerwith senior design engineers to develop, modify, and implement softwareprograms

  • Researchand develop innovative algorithms to confront business challenges

  • Createdocumentation from independent research findings

  • Pushthe limits of our current software portfolios to expand our business into newareas


  • Currently enrolled as a Universityof Cincinnati undergraduate student

  • Studyingfor a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

  • Minimum3.0 GPA

  • Authorized to work in the UnitedState without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company

  • Preferredsophomore or pre-junior status

  • Strongcoding skills in C, C++, JAVA, JavaScript, or HTML

  • Rapidlylearn new development languages and coding techniques

  • Knowledgeablein object oriented programming

  • Understand the concept ofclass and inheritance

  • Sharpand tenacious trouble shooting skills
