The person must be capable of leading and managing one or more global teams in developing Enterprise level applications in Teamcenter to provide Mechatronics solutions for the Engineering community. The focus is on integrating tools, developing features in Active Workspace and Cloud platform.
As a manager of the associated domain the person will be responsible for –
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
Leading Requirement discussions with Product Owners/Customers, Project management, people management, cross functional coordination, collaboration in executing the projects
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, mentoring employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science or related field
Must have 15+ years of Experience in Enterprise Software development and project management involving one or more of following:
Object Oriented Design Principles and Design Patterns
SOA, REST API
Must have excellent communication and people management skills
Knowledge in one or more areas of Mechatronics (Systems Design, Electrical design, Electronics Board design, Embedded Software Development)
Experience in development / customization of PLM tools. Preference will be given to candidates with Teamcenter experience.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience
Must have experience with Agile Project management. SAFe certification would be desirable.
Knowledge working with Electronics / Electrical Design and/or Simulation tools is highly desirable
