Job Description:

Position Overview

Siemens PLM Software is seeking a Business Analyst/Salesforce Admin with

experience in Salesforce. This position will be focused on enabling new business

processes related focused on eCommerce and requires good interpersonal

skills for working with Support, Sales and Marketing Operations, IT

Leadership and application developers. Work with cross functional teams

to analyze Support and Sales processes. Responsible for developing a

roadmap for short and long term work, establish and communicate

requirements, manage prioritization and monitor the work in IT work

streams. Provide coordination, across multiple organizations and

functions to meet these objectives.


• Catalog and help prioritize business requirements with the business

sponsors, analyze potential solutions, and translate requirements into

solid designs

• Analyze requirements for all Salesforce functionality and translate

requirements into user stories and development tasks

• Collaborate with CRM Dev manager, business operations and IT

leadership on the long term roadmap of Service Cloud and the support


• Monitor the day to day work of several IT teams (onshore and offshore)

• Perform day to day Salesforce configuration at times of high workload

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or

equivalent experience (Masters not required)

• 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud,

processes, configuration, reporting and operations metrics

• Experience capturing and managing business requirements for cross

functional teams

• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a

software development team that was diligently applying Scrum

principles, practices, and theory

• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation,

situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement,

empowerment, and increasing transparency

Preferred Knowledge/Skills,Education, and Experience:

• First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)

• Knowledge of future Salesforce trends including CloudCraze,

Lightening, Einstein, predictive analytics

• Experience working in Jira

• Experience doing system design flows and light conceptual mockups in
