This is a key individual contributor role within the MindSphere

marketing organization in support of the MindSphere partner business

globally. Reporting to the global leader of MindSphere partner

marketing operations, this role is primarily responsible for driving

the development and execution of keypartner go-to-market

infrastructure, such as the MindSphere partner portal, managing the

roadmap of such infrastructure based on collected business requirements

from a number of key stakeholders, and development and execution of

internal marketing planning processes and tools for use across the

partner sales and marketing organizations. Executing through a

combination of direct responsibility and through other teams and

vendors, while also helping adapt the joint marketing approach for

growth and scale based on learnings and partner feedback, will be

critical to success in this role.


Tasks and responsibilities:

Develop an 18-24 month partner portal strategy and capabilities roadmap

based on collected business requirements from stakeholders, required or

desired portal user experiences across the Partner Portal and other

internal/external tools as ratified across key internal and external

stakeholders, and drive delivery against that planned roadmap and


Collect business requirements for evolving the MindSphere Partner

Portal by gathering input from the partner sales teams, partner

marketing teams, and partners themselves, and evaluate other industry

portals and portal vendors for best practices

Define and oversee the implementation of programmatic partner marketing

benefits and tools for use by other members of the partner marketing

organization and/or by their partners directly to help achieve joint

go-to-market objectives.

Serve as focal point within the MindSphere partner sales and marketing

teams to evaluate 3rd Party and Internal Siemens tools to meet business

or marketing requirements, balancing functionality, time to market,

cost, and other factors.

Act as project manager to drive implementation of planned programmatic

and infrastructure enhancements across various cross-functional teams

(e.g. IT, marketing, sales) as needed

Establish and maintain numerous effective working relationships across

multiple organizations

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

-Demonstrated experience in successfully driving and implementing

requirements for effective partner portals

  • Demonstrated “hands-on” track record of building and executing

partner marketing programs and their enabling tools across a partner

community through a partner program or other enabling programmatic

means, on time and within budget

  • 5 or more years of proven marketing experience in the B2B technology

industry, ideally focused on software marketing through partnerships

  • Strong project management and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work and deliver to a deadline with high quality work

  • Ability to work with others and build consensus based decisions

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly-growing “startup-like”

environment within a large company

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • MBA is desirable or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
