Strategic Operations Manager

Position Overview

Drive strategic planning support within assigned Zone by partnering with commercial leadership to develop plans to improve customer loyalty. Implement regular reviews and communications with commercial team to drive performance of agreed upon customer loyalty plan. Provide necessary analytics and insights support to set and adjust tactical plans and activities

Positions located in Malvern, PA. Remote candidates to also be considered.

Key Position Activities, Experiences and Qualifications

Drive the development, analysis and implementation of leading-edge key customer management improvement across all business areas for identified key customers

Work in partnership with assigned Zone to implement a higher level of effectiveness and efficiency in key customer oriented processes.

Track and monitor progress and support in implementation of the customer loyalty initiative

Develop leading-edge strategic key customer management tools to support the efforts of local team in their strategic selling approach with identified key customers

Provide transparency into Advanced Segmentation from CRM tool, and other data sources and platforms

Organize and develop support material and strategic recommendations with respective functions as well as analyze locally generated data for usage in strategic decisions

Support local teams in leveraging initiatives to gain strategic advantage, and anticipate and resolve potential obstacles

Identify opportunities and best practices to drive extended usage of existing customer management initiatives in all areas / functions

Strong communication skills to align and drive internal, cross-functional teams

Strong project management skills and ability to lead projects in different business units

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) to conduct analysis and report finding

CRM / Sales / Marketing knowledge & experience

Understanding of Healthcare market and ideally familiar with Siemens Healthineers business model
