The Patent Paralegal will assist the patent attorneys in the IP department with providing legal services for Siemens Healthineers.
The incumbent will be responsible for setting up and maintaining all U.S. and foreign patent files. In particular, the incumbent will assist in the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of patent applications and patents; will maintain a docket of due dates and a database; and will organize patent review meetings.
The incumbent will be responsible various administrative functions.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision; client focus disposition; attention to detail; thoroughness and follow-through; PC expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
3-5 years Patent experience
