Position Overview:

Siemens is currently seeking a LMU Project Manager to join our Real Estate Team. This position will be based in either Tarrytown, NY or Malvern, PA, and report to the VP- Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

Represent Real Estate Unit to site heads and/or CFO or CEO

Discuss and align space requirements with customer

Local tenant relationship management

Align with tenant on mid and long term real estate requirements

Evaluate and manage local EHS-aspects and –risks (GAPRA) in order to ensure legally compliant operation

Consult, support and manage the implementation of minimum security requirements and customer demands

Local RE lifecycle maintenance and customer demand

Develop maintenance planning, applications, execution and ensure continuous PROMIS MTI update

Local interface to FM/FSE: Ensure interface/liaison to FM/FS services/contractors; claim management

Support evaluation and selection of outsourced vendor, service provider for FM/FS with CSCM

Local Implementation of Saving Measures

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8+ years of industry experience

· Experience authoring plans and reports

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience working with cross-functional teams
