Job Description:

Position Overview

In this position the employee will provide the following services to enable production of PET biomarkers at PETNET manufacturing facilities:

  • Provide biomarker process implementation and engineering servicesfor new products, processes and equipment

  • Install and qualify radiochemistrysynthesis modules and quality control equipment to enable the productionof biomarkers

  • Implement production processes and analytical methods used toprepare and test biomarkers

  • Perform on-site applications training for processes and analyticalmethods for biomarkers

  • Review, revise and/or develop technical documentation utilized inbiomarker production, quality control and equipment maintenance

  • Provide start-up services for new PETmanufacturing facilities

  • Provide on-going biomarker technical support and complianceoversight at assigned PETNET sites

Responsibilities

  • Assist in theimplementation of new processes and new technology in PETNET

  • Assist in the designof complex hardware, software and process solutions

  • Assist in the trackingof complex orders to ensure that equipment, cost and delivery objectivesare met by responding to customers promptly

  • Assist in thedevelopment of records for complex specification costs and price estimates

  • Track and maintainassets (e.g. equipment, tools, software, etc.)

  • Assist in the designrecommendations for alternatives or changes to the most complex customerspecifications and/or processes to better match company products tocustomer needs and to improve productivity.

  • Assist ininvestigations and analysis of the most complex field problems.

  • Assist in the designof explanations and clarifies information to enable proper interpretation andevaluation of the most complex specifications, performance characteristicsor other technical data.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • BS degree inchemistry, engineering or other science field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3 yearsexperience in the production of PET biomarkers or commercial operations

  • Strong interpersonal,organizational and managerial skills

  • Excellent attention todetail in the execution of job responsibilities

  • Ability to accomplishmultiple tasks in fast-paced environment

  • Up to 50% travel asrequired to perform job functions

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Experience with 18Fradiochemistry is preferred but training will be provided to an otherwisewell-qualified candidate

  • Experience withgeneral radiation safety and hazardous material handling or similartechnical experience

  • Experience workingwith complex analytical equipment such as HPLC, GC, and TLC
