We are seeking a motivated student who has a desire to work with our support team and customers. You will get the opportunity to:
Ensure technical success of our customers in their use of our software
Work closely with support team and customers to understand their engineering workflow
Help our customers install and license our software
Propose solutions and best practices to help client meet their objectives as well as improve their processes
Work and support projects specifically with CFD and our software, STAR-CCM Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, CFD, or a related field
Graduating in 2019 or later
Experience/classroom exposure with fluid mechanics/dynamics
Experience with CFD software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Siemens software is a plus
Exceptional problem-solving skills
