We make real what matters. This is your role.

  • Lead and continuously improve the global onboarding process to ensure a smooth onboarding of our global talents to have a positive experience which will set the stage for success from day one.

  • Manage and regular update our established offboarding process which supports our CF A leadership to ensure a compliant transition of our talents.

  • Responsible for our global alums network where you organize exciting events to foster meaningful connections between current talents and alums worldwide. Strategically drive our alums network and be the point of contact for our alums, to push a knowledge and talents exchange between CF A and our alums network.

  • Drive continuous improvement, not settling for the status quo, but actively seeking out opportunities to enhance our processes and ensure they are compliant and up to date.

  • Dive into the world of digital solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to streamline employee processes (e.g. onboarding, offboarding etc.). Implement digital solutions that support processes and therefore enhance efficiency. If you are not yet an expert in creating digital solutions, you can become one with us.

  • Organize and manage the CF A people development round tables and continuously improve the process and growth talks concept.

  • Your growth mindset and costumer orientation will be essential. Be part of an environment where we put our community to the center and constantly challenge each other to deliver the best we can to our talents.

  • Embrace a hands-on mentality, actively engage and contribute to any topic within the People, Learning and Innovation cosmos and participate in CF A audit assignments.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • At least 4+ years of professional working experience after university within Siemens, in a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm, other relevant international companies.

  • Studies degree with above-average academic results (preferably in human resource management or similar).

  • Proven track record in P&O related field like people and organization concepts, development processes, strategic people management or similar.

  • Deep understanding of P&O administration and processes.

  • Experience in using common P&O systems and tools (e.g. SAP etc.).

  • Profound knowledge and experience in various multi-phase and complex projects.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent team player with a passion for Assurance topics (e.g., Audit, ERM, Internal Controls).

  • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines while seeing the bigger picture.

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills in English and German; ability to communicate effectively to large groups and create impactful presentations.

  • Experience and comfort in working across cultures with clients around the globe.

  • Commitment to continuous learning, education and potential to develop further.
