Job Description:

As part of the Siemens PLM Mindsphere organization, this position makes

significant contributions towards the delivery DevOps solutions that

support best-in-class cloud based microservice applications. You will

be responsible for working with internal customers, management, and

other stakeholders to understand, evangelize, and help deliver

solutions that bring measureable benefits to our internal community.

You will be a key participant in the adoption of best practices, new

technologies, and organizational culture as we continue to improve our

full stack DevOps and CI/CD approach in a scrum environment.

  • Communicating with Development Team members, stakeholders, functional

managers on all aspects of the product development life cycle

  • Prioritizing the Product Backlog base on input from product


  • Plan and forecast release timelines using release and sprint roadmaps

  • Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current

delivery, adapting to changing priorities

  • Leading Backlog Grooming and User Story generation meetings

  • Organizing and leading regular stakeholder meetings

  • Creating mockups/prototypes/etc from input from stakeholders

  • Take ownership of prioritizing features/user stories across different

Scrum teams

  • Perform acceptance testing for user stories


  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3+ years of IT experience (1+ years

with Master’s Degree) or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years experience in a product development or project management


  • 2+ years experience in an Agile/Scrum role

  • Experience working with stakeholders, application developers, UI/UX

developers, database developers and DevOps personnel.

  • Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite: JIRA, Confluence or similar


  • Experience with enterprise level systems, distributed environments

  • Ability to manage goals, track milestones and report on status

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum Certification

  • Experience with cloud-based development, such as AWS or Azure

  • Detail oriented, self-starter, can identify what needs to be done

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to work at various levels within different teams

  • Ability to resolve issues

*Experience with delivery of both hardwareand software products

  • Experience with the following DevOps tools: Git, Artifactory,

  • 2+ years experience in scripting (JavaScript, shell)
