Position Overview

Siemens offers a comprehensive portfolio of seamlessly integrated software products to support full life-cycle digital design and manufacturing. This position contributes to developing and delivering

next generation Automation Test for the Product Intelligence platform that will be based on MindSphere, a cloud based IoT platform and application suite.

As an Advanced Project Test Engineer you will contribute strong technical skills (Cucumber, Programming in Java/C/Perl/Python) to the team. You will work to understand the existing automation framework and recommend gradual, non-disruptive upgrades to make the framework faster, flexible and moreresilient. The

framework should be able to scale (grow from the current 5500 tests to 25,000 tests) without loss of productivity or performance.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

*Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science, Engineering, or other supplemented with real world programming experience

*7+ years of work experience with demonstrated examples of technical expertise in transformation projects.

*Experience in research and analyzing newer automation

*Experience working with frameworks and practices

*Experiencecompletingcost-benefit analysis and suggestions new approaches to bring improvements to the *existing framework.

Other required experience includes :

Test automation(strongunderstanding)




Agile and SCRUM

Demonstratedstrong analytical and problem solving skills
