Business Developer Professional for Aftermarket

Position Overview

  • Main objective of the position is to define and implement a profitable and growing Aftermarket Business

  • Interact with Siemens CS Organization to analyze the adoption of existing benchmarked toolsto the WS world

  • Define and implement the systems and tools (stand alone or integrated in existing from CS) which will lead to success. Monitor, adapt and improve them after implementation as needed

  • Establish a Installation and Reference List by product and technology, keeping it updated.

  • Establish or adopt a tool to keep track of customer contacts for the installed base, allowing for regular cold/warm calls.

  • Establish a system of routine and regular calls into customers with installed base to keep close contact and avoid them to draft away by buying Spare Parts from 3 rd Pties

  • Develop Service offerings (Audits, Training, Upgrades, etc.) of our product and systems to be offered proactively to the customer.

  • Interact with the WS Front Sales force to make them aware of the Aftermarket offering and use them also to sell Aftermarket Portfolio

  • Act as Front Sales visiting customer to identifytheir drivers which has to be consideredin the portfolio definition and also for acting as Sales of the own portfolio. Position will have the full market access.

  • Chemical or Mechanical engineering degree

  • Deep knowledge of the WS portfolio or Upstream/Downstream Waste Water Treatment

  • Willing to travel domestic and internationally to visit customer and sales

  • 5 years minimum experience in the Upstream/Downstream Waste Water Treatment

  • Familiar and knowledgeable on new digital medias and cloud based systems (not an expert)

  • Be proactive, business oriented and strong team work skills.

  • Position have the full Mgmt. attention since it is one of the target growth fields, which will require presentation skills and also handle stress situations

· Grow the business from today 6 M USD (FY18) by 20% yearly

· Transform the actual reactive and opportunistic form of this business into a proactive customer focused approach, developing new business models, including e-business.
