This challenging job is on the marketing department in the Business Unit

Control Products & Systems (CPS)

Your job – challenging

and future oriented

  • You are responsible for the marketing of Field Devices (valves-damperactuators) and OEM equipment.

  • You define and drive the market position as well as the value proposition with a strong regional involvement based on an intensive market and competitor understanding.

  • In addition, you create and implement marketing plans, product launch concepts and campaigns in cooperation with Product Management and Regional Sales.

  • You drive the implementation in close collaboration with local sales managers to enable growth and report the impact.

  • Further responsibilities are to define training needs (technical and commercial), select and produce Marketing & Communications material.

  • You generate higher brand awareness to specific target groups and sales channels within the value chain by offering e.g. campaigns, customer magazines, web information, events, publications, programs, references, etc.

Your qualifications –

solid and appropriate

  • You have a bachelor or master degree in Engineering/Marketing or you completed a Business Administration study (major in Marketing) with further training in engineering or equivalent.

  • Professional experience in at least severalyears in a similar role (Sales or Marketing) in an international environment forms part of your profile.

  • You have an affinity forbuilding technology and goodtechnical understanding. Business knowledge would be an asset.

  • Being proactive and the ability collaborate and network are some of your strengths.

  • Fluent English and German completes your personal profile.
