Our HQ Marketing and Business Support department acts as an important facilitator for our Sales Teams, working at the customer front, provides state of the art training methods and supports the colleagues in the regional companies with problem solving and customer support. To create new training methodologies and to ensure the highest knowledge-level of our staff, we currently look for an experienced Head of Product Training Organization .

Your tasks – challenging

and future oriented

  • As head of the global product training you lead a team of professional trainers who develop and execute sales trainings as well as technical product trainings. The training content and execution for classroom training and e-media is developed for existing and new products and systems of CPS.

  • You provide leadership to the training team and have budget responsibility.

  • The training team is an important cornerstone of the "Marketing & Business Support" organization. With your team, you link the HQ with the training organizations in the four regions of Germany, Europe, Americas and Middle East Asia.

  • Global distribution of product knowledge for sales, technical staff, and solution partners in line with a "train the trainer" approach. We know our customers are changing, so do we.

  • It is your responsibility to drive innovation and professionalization of the global training organization within the meaning of "Modern Workplace learning" and "Digitized learning" in line with our global growth strategy. You add a higher degree of digital learning content to our offering.

  • You ensure that the range of the training from the HQ covers all employees and value added partners globally. Furthermore, you reduce redundancies among the courseware and set new worldwide standards.

Your qualifications –

solid and appropriate

  • Completed training Master’s degree in Science or equivalent, as well as vocational trainings in "learning and development" operations.

  • Several years of practical experience in training, proven leadership experience with teams at different locations.

  • You offer excellent coaching and communication skills. Project skills as well as change management skills are important as well.

  • A track record of having completed successful global projects in a multicultural environment. Ability to network with key stakeholders.

  • You possess an applied knowledge in methodology and didactics for classroom training as well as good knowledge of the "state of the art" possibilities of digital learning content

  • You bring along a passion for the subject "of knowledge in the modern working environment" as well as knowledge of modern e-learning solutions.

  • Your command of English is excellent; candidates speaking German will have an edge.
