You’ll make an impact by

  • Supervising the compliance status of EHS related procedures within ZSB Busbar Production. Addresses non compliances to relevant departments and follow up corrective actions.

  • Ensure the compliance to the relevant EHS Management Systems ISO 14001, 45001 and related Chinese legal standards.

  • Participate in internal & external audits.

  • Leads the EHS incident investigation. Follow up corrective and preventive action plans related to EHS incidents.

  • Initiate Safety Training for ZSB personnel and related 3rd parties.

  • Responsible for the EHS review checklist for equipment handover process

  • Propose and implement EHS improvements in the related work areas in alignment with Supervisor.

Your defining qualities

  • 5 years working experience in related function and at least one year in leadership position or as head of EHS department with employee number of more than 200.

  • Professional EHS knowledge

  • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • Strong Leadership Skills

  • Practical experience in audit process and assessment methods

  • Excellent English and Chinese knowledge in speaking and writing

  • Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
