Job Description:

The Medium Voltage & Systems Business Unit, located in Raleigh, NC is growing steadily. It is seeking a highly qualified and energetic Sales Support Specialist to support the growth needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and/or follow up on all incoming purchase orders to ensure business requirements for order entry are met.

  • Arrange order handover meetings in a timely manner to ensure customer deliverables and business targets are met.

  • Compile commercial and technical information for order entry and engineering.

  • Ensure internal Siemens guidelines and processes are followed for customer and supplier set up.

  • Support the fulfillment of bid bond requirements and any additional supporting documentation required for bids, where applicable.

Education/Knowledge/Experience

Minimum 5 years of sales support and administrative experience

BS / BA Degree
