We are looking for candidates for our Power Protection and Automation Engineering Development Program (PA EDP). This role is based in Raleigh, NC.

Through structured training and learning rotations, explore multiple roles and responsibilities, and discover your true passion.

Role Description:

· A structured learning and development program including a total of 4-months of instructor lead training divided into 3 parts, with two 4-month hands-on learning rotations in between.

· Design and implement innovative power protection and automation solutions.

· Test, commission and troubleshoot projects with the support of your mentor.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

· Electrical Engineering major graduating between January 2023 and May 2024.

· Passionate about innovation and problem-solving.

· Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

· Ability to start full-time employment beginning January 11th, 2024 or June 13th, 2024.

· Willingness to travel as required during learning rotations. The role will be based out of Raleigh but will include travel to customer sites to assist in commissioning activities.

· Applicants must be willing and able to relocate to Raleigh, NC. Assistance is provided to hires who must relocate more than 50 miles from their permanent address.

· Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

· The pay range for this position is $78,000 - $80,500 annually.
