Headquartered in Wendell, NC, the EA Business Unit has a diverse portfolio of products including but not limited to electric-vehicle chargers, low voltage MCC, MV switchgear, MV circuit breakers, and metering, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relay maintenance and systems of a standard nature.

We are looking for Cycle Counter for our 1 st Shift (6:00 am – 3:30 pm ET). This position will be based at Wendell, NC.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Safely operates a stand-up reach truck, stand-up order picker, and sit-down forklift in high traffic areas and narrow aisles

  • Inspects moving equipment daily

  • Works with peers, factory personnel and outside auditors to maintain accurate inventory

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate parts and locations to be audited.

  • Analyze and problem solve inventory discrepancies to provide root cause and initiate appropriate corrective action process

  • Reconcile inventory records following established procedures

  • Maintain statistical data and communicate findings

  • Applies knowledge of storeroom/warehouse operations and procedures for continuous improvement

  • Reads and interprets documents for accuracy and communicates discrepancies to appropriate personnel

  • Will perform floater/back up duties for employees on vacation and etc

  • Being a strong team player

  • Ability to work independently with little guidance

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in warehouse environment and inventory control processes

  • 3+ years’ experience driving a forklift

  • Experience with SAP system

  • Experience with RF Scanner devices

  • Proficient with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Must be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs. occasionally

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Must be able to perform job duties safely with a sense of urgency

  • Must have great attention to detail while working to a deadline

  • Must have a positive attitude, work well with others, and implement constructive criticism

  • Able to stand and walk as needed for entire shift

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • The hourly pay for this position is $20.36/Hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
