We are currently seeking to hire Order Management (Logistics) Country Team Managers to join our new international order handling centre in one of our Divisions (B2B model). The successful candidates will be primarily responsible for team management as well as customer order processing and logistics. One of the interesting challenges to undertake will be participation in building of a shared services delivery model dedicated to the European countries. The Team Managers will report to the Head of the Center.

What are my responsibilities?

Managerial responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 5-10 employees, dedicated to the local customers served by the Center - monitoring their performance, team members‘ motivation, responsibility for their personal development and trainings,

  • Holding a role of Key Account Manager for country-specific topics, ensuring that legal, quantitative and qualitative indicators are met,

  • Cooperation with other country team leads/managers contributing proactively to the Center’s initiatives.

Operational responsibilities:

  • Processing orders in SAP based on the input from customers and salesmen,

  • Customer support,

  • Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations,

  • Cooperation with suppliers, shipping companies and customs agencies,

  • Monitoring delivery timetables,

  • Close cooperation with warehouses and overseeing articles flow as well as stock levels,

  • Controlling circulation of documents, verifying their correctness and monitoring shipping documents,

  • Actively proposing process optimizations,

  • Close cooperation with various internal departments,

  • Contribution to different SCM and SAP projects.

Country specific topics (depending on the Country’s scope):

  • Maintenance of the local warehouse, optimization of the inventory levels and movements,

  • ERP system Key User role (an interface between the team and SAP IT team),

  • Material master data and price list maintenance.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in order processing, logistics (gained preferably in the technical sector) ,

  • Previous experience in people management and change management,

  • Experience in working in a SSC/BPO organization would be an asset,

  • University degree,

  • Ability to lead and motivate people

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must,

  • Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP),

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and controlling,

  • Very good communication and organizational skills,

  • Proactive approach, customer orientation,

  • Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks,

  • Experience in Lean Management will be an additional asset.
