Position Overview

Are you ready to join a global team tasked with expanding the capabilities of Siemens Healthineers Laboratory Diagnostics? This is a high-visible Project Management role on a high-profile, global project within Siemens Healthineers. The position will report directly to the global Project Lead based in Walpole, MA.


The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead various cross-functional element teams within the overall project. These element teams will consist of various Healthineers employees, external vendors and project team members located at multiple locations globally. The successful candidate will possess the ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization, influence without authority and drive positive results under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Secondary responsibilities will include providing Project Management support to the project Functional Leads. To accomplish this, the successful candidate will work closely with members of all project functions, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology Transfer, Lab Operations, Production, IT and Quality, as well as Supporting Functions, the China-based project team, third-party vendors and Walpole Operations.

Other ad hoc Project Management tasks, as appropriate within a project environment, will be a regular part of this role.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

*BS/BA in related discipline

*Demonstrated team leadership and project management skills

*Proven self-starter capable of working independently

*International travel, primarily to China, will be required

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • PM certification

  • Experience working in a regulated FDA environment

  • Understanding of GMP manufacturing

  • Prior project experience that spans borders, cultures and/or languages

  • Prior experience working in a large, matrixed organization
