Job Description:

Position Overview

As part of the Global Services Leadership Team, lead the Services

Operations Council to advance and harmonize services operations to

improve efficiency and profitability

Harmonize services business processes, infrastructure and support

tools

Standardize services metrics and reporting

Maintain CP4.0

Manage global pricing and discounting

Capacity planning

Support acquisitions

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility - what will the person have to accomplish in

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business,

marketing or sales

Intermediate level of experience (10+ years) with PLM products & PLM business systems

Basic level of experience (5+ years) in the Technology Services Industry

Intermediate level of experience (10+ years) with:

Professional business management

People management

Professional Services delivery

Professional Services operations

International exposure

Required amount of travel with the position low, less than 25%

Minimum Requirements:

Intermediate level skills in:
