Job Description:

Zone Sales Trainer – Imaging

Position Overview

The Zone Sales Trainer – Imaging, plays a critical role in the sales training and soft skills development of the assigned Zone as well as any assigned product lines identified by the Sr. Manager, Zone Sales Training. This person will work with all new hires within the assigned Zone as well as support on-going sales training skills throughout the creation of targeted training programs with existing sales professionals. He/she will also work with sales representatives identified as needing additional support with sales skills.

Candidate must reside in assigned Zone with close proximity to major airport (East).

Key Position Activities, Experiences and Qualifications

Develop and implement the overall sales training strategy for the assigned Zone that maximizes performance and sales results

Develop and implement the overall sales training strategy that maximizes performance and sales results for any product line(s) he/she may be assigned

Work with classroom trainers to continually update content/material to meet the organizational strategies

Conduct regular field travel with new hires and identified sales representatives through work with Regional Vice Presidents.

Develop and execute a sales training program in assigned zone that aligns with marketing and organizational strategies

Provides feedback on observed behaviors (field rides, classroom) to the respective Regional Vice-President

Deliver or assist in the delivery of formal training programs including; New Employee Orientation, Sales Product Training, Mentorship programs, and Advanced Sales Trainings

Continually evaluate all sales training activities to identify areas of improvement and drive overall effectiveness

Consistently increase knowledge and awareness of changes in healthcare industry including healthcare reform and industry trens while keeping pace with training and development innovation

Be the product expert for those product categories he/she will be responsible for

5+ years successful Imaging capital sales experience
