We make real what matters. This is your role:

1. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project.

2. Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, cost estimates, and financial forecasting to ensure projects stay within budget constraints.

3. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks that may impact the project's success and develop strategies to mitigate or manage these risks.

4. Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating tasks and activities to meet deadlines and milestones.

5. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, prepare regular progress reports, and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.

6. Change Management: Handle changes in project scope, objectives, or requirements and assess their impact on the project timeline and budget.

7. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate project performance against established goals and KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.

8. Closure and Handover: Ensure a successful project handover to the client or relevant departments, including final documentation, training, and post-project reviews.

9. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
