Job Description:

This global role is focused on comprehensive Siemens Healthineers M&A transactions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead M&A transaction evaluation and execution, and will support integration with the acquiring/divesting business units.

  • Produce financial and strategic assessments of acquisition and divestiture targets, will perform valuation analysis and will generate financial and valuation models.

  • Lead in business plan analysis, financial and business due diligence, and project management.

  • Formulate proposals for transaction terms and will be responsible for negotiating transactions. Produce work product in the form of presentations, spreadsheets, information memoranda, term sheets, etc.

  • Maintain transaction information in the Company’s databases.

  • Lead cross functional, collaborative, work stream execution efforts, with both local and global business executives at all levels of seniority.Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least three years’ experience in broad project management, strategy projects, M&A execution, in a large, corporate or institutional setting, is strongly preferred.

  • BA/BA in business related field (Accounting, Finance or Economics). MBA preferred.

  • Excellent transaction analysis, financial modeling and quantitative skills are required. Experience in transaction project management and due diligence is required.

  • Ability to take on several projects in parallel is required.

  • Must have excellent top-management communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and work well with teams, and potential to develop internal client relationships.Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
