Job Description:

Siemens PLM US Talent Acquisition

Perform complex financial analyses on budgets, cash flow, operating

results, and business plans to determine rates of return, capital/cash

flow requirements, etc. Prepares forecasts and analyses on industry

and general economic trends. Usually operates with minimal

supervision.

Leads the execution of the Capital and Asset Management planning

function for the PLM Products Business Segments. Participates in the

Products capital planning and budgeting process developing and

providing the necessary tools to effectivity complete and manage the

process. Management of the Product capital assets (hardware and

software) expenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage the PLM Products hardware and equipment inventories and

physical audit processes.

• Maintain effective hardware and software standards and

configurations.

• Participate in activities associated with the development of the

Products annual and long range Capital Plan.

• Develop and maintain effective detailed capital planning tools for

forecasting, development of high level capital budgets, and planning

for systems resources for install/de-install requirements.

• Develop and maintain effective detail capital plan metrics to gage

progress against goals and identify potential problem areas.

• Manage the re-deployment and disposal process for PLM Products fixed

assets.

• Develop, maintain, and provide meaningful capital and asset reports

to the PLM Products leadership.

• Establish and manage functional processes to insure customer and

objective satisfaction.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Bachelor‘s degree in business, finance or mathematics. Minimum of

3-4 years’ experience in finance or accounting.

• Technical skills including skills in office automation, PC software,

understanding, implementing, and utilizing the benefits of Web based

tools.

• Business skills including ability to execute the vision of the PLM

Production value add services, thinking at the conceptual level,

understanding customer and vendor requirement, and implementing

processes and procedures that enable effective business decisions to be

achieved quickly and accurately.

• Team skills including being sensitive to customer support,

interpersonal skills, cooperative relationship with other functions,

global perspective and positive attitude.

• Must have excellent technical knowledge of budgeting, cash management

and financial analysis processes.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• MBA or CPA preferred with 6 years of experience in finance or

accounting.
