Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  • Claims verification in accordance with Siemens policies (including but not limited to HR policy, signature guideline, compliance policies)

  • Administrative IT Support (e.g. coordination with IT for new staff set-up and staff separation)

  • Purchase Requisition for the team (e.g. project equipments or tools, car rental, name card, stationery, grocery etc.)

  • Corporate Mobile arrangements (i.e. coordination with SCM/SingTel for new application & re-contract)

  • To manage and assist in stock taking of company’s fixed assets (computer, monitor, mobile phone etc)

  • Arrange gifts & hospitality transactions (e.g. arrange flower wreath for bereavement and hamper for hospitalization: speedy recovery/new born etc.)

  • Assist in planning and running of company meetings & events (when necessary)

  • Nomination & delegation of signatories (change of cost center/out of office)

  • Support on staff’s travel arrangements (flights, visas, accommodations)

  • Support PM in the completion and processing of timesheets,

  • Other adhoc duties assigned by the Management

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in an administrative job

  • Diploma holder

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words

  • Possess the ability to work both independently and as part of the team

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
