Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  • Support sales managers including ASEAN level in preparing official quotations for customers

  • Prepare purchase requisitions for Third Party purchases and Stock Requisition

  • Creation of new customer/ vendor to system

  • Assist in preparing and sending Distributor's Agreements

  • Supports the department in ad hoc administrative tasks (e.g. stationery requisition, travel, meeting arrangements, weekly movement charts etc)

  • Assist Department Head with administrative tasks (e.g. travel, meeting arrangements, weekly movement charts, expense claims etc)

What do I need to qualify for the job?

  • Possess Diploma qualification; preferably in Business Administration

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support/ administration role

  • Proficient in IT software (e.g. Microsoft Word/Excel and SAP)

  • Takes initiatives and good interpersonal skills

  • Good attitudes and willing to learn and perform in multi-cultural environment

  • Quick in adapting to changes
