Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented

Mission:

  • To lead all the bid team stakeholders to contribute their best effort to submit the most competitive winning bid.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead an Electrification Project in Singapore, ensuring the Delivery in terms of Quality, Schedule and Costs

  • Work closely with the Commercial PM and be responsible for the P&L of the project

  • Lead the local onshore project team and coordinate with the offshore team in Europe and Asia if necessary (Design, R&D and manufacturing)

  • Monitor all contractual matters working closely with the Contract Manager

  • Establish a close relationship with the customer project team to ensure successful completion of different stages of the project

  • Monitor the performance of the subcontractors and advice improvement measures working closely with the respective Construction and Coordination Managers

  • Monitor the Overall Progress of the Project (Coordination, Installation, Testing & Commissioning)

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and processes

  • Formulate efficient strategies to achieve the project targets

  • Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience in managing rail transit and infrastructure projects of similar scale

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering related field

  • Analytical, self-initiative and team player with good communication skills

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English due to multi-cultural working environment

  • Candidates with relevant PM Certifications will have added advantage
