What will you do?

Siemens Smart Infrastructure's Regional Solution and Service business unit, Smart Building Solutions (SBS), is actively seeking an experienced Lead, Execution Excellence to enhance processes across sales, presales, and operations in the APAC region. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality standards throughout presales and critical project reviews, influencing winning bids, and championing growth mindset. As the face of the brand, you'll contribute to maintaining high project quality and fostering a world-class reputation. This position offers the opportunity to drive business growth in collaboration with country management and regional SBS teams, with the role based in Singapore and expected travel within APAC countries. If you are enthusiastic about contributing to customer satisfaction and business development within a global team, this role presents an exciting opportunity.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Conduct critical project reviews with stakeholders, addressing project risks, early detection, non-conformance costs, technical support, and product evaluation.

  • Perform Opportunity Risk Review and Sales Bid Optimization to enhance project feasibility.

  • Engage in project reengineering and optimization in collaboration with the business line.

  • Ensure continuous implementation, training, and updates on project management processes.

  • Exploit and deploy efficient tools, focusing on continuous improvement for productivity.

  • Manage Engineering offshoring and Tool landscape, providing guidance on suitable products and partners.

  • Build collaborative relationships with sales leads, business partners, and external agencies, proactively addressing risks and issues for timely delivery of business outcomes. Collaborate with HQ on portfolio releases, content, and training/learning initiatives.

You’ll win us over by:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, review, controlling, and process optimization. PMP and/or ITIL certification is advantageous.

  • Demonstrate expertise and market understanding in digital solutions.

  • Exhibit a strong acumen for situation analysis and proactive risk forecasting.

  • Display strong governance, organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability with a positive attitude.

  • Have excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa, proficient English language skills, and the capacity to work remotely and independently across different time zones.
