You will work in Siemens Xcelerator team:

Siemens AG has launched an open digital business platform, Siemens Xcelerator, to accelerate digital transformation and value creation for customers of all sizes in industry, buildings, grids and mobility. The business platform makes digital transformation easier, faster and scalable. Siemens Xcelerator includes a curated portfolio of internet of things (IoT) enabled hardware, software and digital services from across Siemens and certified third parties; a growing ecosystem of partners; and an evolving marketplace to facilitate interactions and transactions between customers, partners and developers.

Missions:

• A dynamic and experienced ecosystem partner business development, is to oversee and manage Xcelerator's partnership programs.

• Be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies that drive growth through partnerships with key partners.

• Be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, tracking and analyzing partner performance, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive user growth and meet business objectives.

• Manage day-to-day operations of partnership programs, including partner onboarding process, training, and support.

• Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

• Work closely with internal teams to develop marketing materials, sales tools, and other resources to support partnerships.

• Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives, and execute campaigns to drive demand.

• Evaluate and negotiate partnership agreements, including contracts, service level agreements, and other legal documents.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partnership management, and make recommendations for improvements to partnership programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• 5 years of experience in partnership management, sales, business development, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of partnership strategies, processes, and best practices.

• Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience with Salesforce, or other CRM tools is a plus.

• Fluent Mandarin and English.
