Mission: Ensure business success by entry and evaluation of opportunities and risks in the project acquisition phase. With good knowledge of rolling stock business, expand and develop business relationships, coordinate the whole project activities with the customers, create value propositions for customer benefit, represent Siemens interest when working with the customer.
What are my responsibilities?
Order Intake with company approved KPI
Collect and analyze market intelligence
Identify and track customer opportunity, create and update sales strategy development plan in acquisition and sales phase
Develop customer relationship and expand at all levels of customer organization
Lead and guide acquisition & sales team for sales activities, expertise and competence development
Collaborate with key account team, government affairs, regional organization, etc. to enhance SMO RS presence in the market
Communicate and influence customers during bidding and negotiation phase
Communicate and influence customers during execution phase
What do I need to qualify for this job?
More than 15 years working experience in sales and marketing
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical
Proven sales track record of exceeding quotas and revenue targets business development in railway industry
Experience with rolling stock end-users, car builders, etc.
Effective communication skills
People management experience
Good knowledge of customer, market environment and competitions
Strategic way of thinking, planning and taking actions
Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)
