The role.

• Responsible for Order execution, project engineering and technical project management during the execution phase between project handover from sales and project delivery or commissioning

• Evaluate offered equipment in respect to customer specification and if necessary, clarify open aspects

• Participate in start-up meetings with customers initiated by Sales and organize kick-off meetings with factories for clarification technical aspects

• Follow-up and clarifications with factories and customers in respect to technical documentation and delivery times

• Arrange Factory Acceptance test and follow up open points till these are closed

• Main aspects Organization - Information - Time - Communication - Finance

• Close cooperation with Commercial Project manager in respect to costs, deliveries, claim management etc.

• Close cooperation with customers, factories and Sales

• Prepare and present in monthly Project execution meetings for the project status

• Close cooperation with internal OM (Order Manager) for all related activities for shipping. Claim management to customers & factories and supply the necessary support to the commissioning staff at site.

• Japanese Export Control for Orders from Japanese customers

Your profile.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or technical support, preferably in the High Voltage Motor and Medium Voltage Drive industry.

• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing is a must.

• Fluent Japanese and/or Korean speaking, reading, and writing is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and able to multi-task

• Working as part of a team in a regional and international environment

• Strong technical skills and ability to understand complex technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Strong Knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Willingness to travel as needed.
