The role.

  • Management of selected partners with significant potential and commitment for growth (including target setting, marketing activities, business reviews, sales & marketing measures, etc.)

  • Executes regional Partner Management strategy and drives development of Partner Sales Channel

  • Focus on defined portfolio baskets per Business Unit / support of value selling through partners

  • can be utilized as common source for all

  • Gaining market share across the entire portfolio

  • Entire Innomotics portfolio, focus on cross-selling (LVM, GM, HVM, MVD)

  • General product know-how skill up of Partners

  • Develop business via selected partners

  • Leverages qualified sales force of partners to drive value selling and grow “partners own business” (demand creation via partners)

  • Partner & customer development plan

  • Partner evaluation & License management

  • Development of new partner & new opportunity

  • Market Trend & Market Installation survey

  • Sales activity for PTA (partner target agreement)

  • Completes sales and revenue-related key reporting

Your profile.

· Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent

· Proven experience in partner/channel sales, business development, or account management. (Minimum 5years)

· Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels.

· Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends.

· Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
