The role.
We are seeking a ‘Portfolio Consulting Professional and Bidding Manager’ with expertise in high voltage motor and medium voltage drive applications to join our team. As a ‘Portfolio Consulting Professional and Bidding Manager’, you will be responsible for managing the bid process, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing technical support to customers & sales.
Manage the bid process for High Voltage Motor and Medium Voltage Drive products and solutions (incl. Digitalization portfolio), including bid preparation, technical bid documentation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Technical consultancy to sales and customers and review of customer RFQ, selection of the portfolio, Communication with factories, Sales and third parties
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Cooperate with technical groups (factories, quotation center, engineering), sales, customer service, order management & finance.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the responsible products and solutions, industry trends, market & projects information, portfolio needs, price expectations and competitor activities.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.

Your profile.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or bidding, preferably in the High Voltage Motor and Medium Voltage Drive industry.
Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing
Working as part of a team in a regional (Korea) and international environment
Strong technical skills and ability to understand complex technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to travel as needed.
