We are looking for a Project and service agreement manager committed to Building Automation and Fire and Security systems, to be hired with a permanent contract in Rome within the Smart Infrastructure Regional Solution & Service area.

Your Challenge

As a senior Project Manager/Service Agreement Manager , your mission will be to manage maintenance projects and contracts, all related KPIs, with the aim of re-adding the set corporate. Some of the main activities will be to:

  • Guarantee customer satisfaction;

  • Manage penalties/claims;

  • Obtain contract variants and technical/administrative closure of the same;

  • Perform and manage project risk analysis;

  • Monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets and initiates actions to minimize non-compliance costs;

  • Clarify customer objectives and requirements and/or project specifications based on bid documentation and customer order;

  • Coordinate overall project planning and decides on resource allocation by monitoring work progress;

  • Organize project meetings and is responsible for communication to the customer and stakeholders;

  • Be responsible for the management and motivation of the project team by ensuring the correct assignment of tasks to resources, based on their competence and seniority;

  • Adhere to project management standards and business conduct guidelines (e.g. code of ethics; tax regulations; export control, EHS).

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • Proven experience in safety and security systems

  • Basic knowledge of the main technical standards CEI - UNI -ISO -EN

  • Background of Automation Systems and technical aspects focused on Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion; Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safety management systems;

  • Experience in Pharma VM and GMP Standards will be considered as a preference criterion

  • Knowledge of IT principles in networking, VPN, firewalls, IT security, virtualization, remote connection

  • Analytical and problem solving skills as well as the negotiation and communication ones;

  • Available for business travel

  • Time management skills

  • Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken

  • Ability to prioritize effectively

  • Willingness to learn about new and innovative technologies

  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative environment

  • Eligibility to work in Italy
