Job Description:

Overview:

The Energy Management Low Voltage Products business is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor for their Roebuck location. This position will supervise assembly operations directing the day-to-day operations of work groups to ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality, safety, and concise and up to date records. This person will report to the Assembly manager and this person will have 30-35 reports.

Required, skills, and education:

  • 3 + years experience in a supervisory role.

  • 2 + years developing process improvements to the production process.

  • Have the ability to work 2nd shift.

  • Ability to motivate and team build.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

Additional experience/qualifications that would be a plus:

  • SAP skills.

  • ISO experience.

  • Production assembly experience.

  • Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing experience.

  • Electrical distribution product experience.
