Your Role - Future-Oriented, Challenging And Smart.

To deliver sales targets for Siemens Smart Infrastructure Solutions and Services (Smart Building Applications) in the Western Region of KSA.

  • Generate profitable recurring service contracts in consultative selling models for service businesses in Building Automation (BMS), Lighting Control, Security and Access Control Systems, Fire Safety and Fire Alarm Systems, and related 3 rd party smart systems.

  • Leading the Digital transformation of Service Business covering Digitally Enhanced and Data Driven Service contracts to ensure profitable growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage accounts and secure relationships with key end customers for the identification of projects and securing market share from them on target verticals like healthcare, data-center, commercial, office, telecommunication, and other Infrastructure.

  • Build relationships with key end users in private, government, and semi-government sectors as well as major engineering design and consulting companies to identify, and influence projects from an early stage.

  • Establish, convince, and gain the trust of the IT department for the customer and/or end-user for digital business potential.

  • Identify, target, and address smart digital services (Connected Remote Services) with a high focus on growing the on-prem and/or on-cloud digital platforms and IoT-based solutions for driving predictive AI-based maintenance services.

  • Identify, target, and address smart mechanical services.

  • Identify, target, and address competitors' installed base for system replacement and upgrade by Siemens portfolio (by driving Value Added Services).

  • Ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts of business while using business tools like Salesforce and similar CRM applications.

  • Strong market and domain knowledge in key verticals like healthcare, data centers, hospitality, education, telecom, banking, and other critical applications.

  • Work in cooperation with other BU’s and other departments leveraging on Cross-BU selling and leveraging Siemens's overall brand.

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, Solutions & Services, Smart Infrastructure Business, KSA.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

  • Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, and/or Computer Science Engineering Bachelor’s Degree from a well-known university.

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales and solution Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with strong knowledge of Contractors, Consultants, and End-Users in the Central Region.

  • Knowledge of operation technology (OT) and infrastructure technology (IT) is a plus. Data-driven skills and cybersecurity knowledge are required.

  • Good understanding of contract terms and conditions as per Saudi Law.

  • Arabic and English Speaker.

  • Ability to understand client requirements and offer solutions in Building Automation Systems and Solutions, Security and Access Control Systems, and Smart Building Applications.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Analytical thinking and consultative selling skills.

  • Integrative team working style with a go-getter, and self-driven Attitude.
