In cooperation with colleagues abroad, we are developing modern rolling stock. We deal with the overall layout as well as the design of partial systems. We create innovative products in the field of urban and rail transport vehicles. We are able to manage global projects ourselves and carry out the entire project from requirements definition, through SW/HW and mechanical development, addressing cross-cutting issues, and at the level of the entire vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on concepts, projects and bids

• Calculations of energy requirements for air conditioning systems

• Creating simulation models

• Testing of air conditioning units/systems

• Preparing specifications for suppliers and customers and their implementation

• Creation of technical documentation

• Cooperation with teams in Germany, Austria and Spain

Requirements:

• University degree ideally with a specialization in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics

• Experience in the field of air conditioning systems

• Knowledge of refrigeration circuits and their components

• Practical experience in tools such as Matlab or AmeSim

• Active knowledge of English and Czech language for daily communication, basic knowledge of German is an advantage

• Willingness to travel worldwide

• Interest in the field of sustainable transport and rolling stock welcome
