The Electronics Developer will be managing projects in developing energy management systems for now and the future.

You will make impact with the following responsibilities:

  • In your new role, you will perform electronic circuit design for embedded power management systems based on specifications up to production readiness and the subsequent product administration, considering economic efficiency, the state of the art and quality.

  • You will design and simulate circuits and hardware architecture using Simetrix SPICE and Altium, complying with architecture, design and quality guidelines, standards, and regulations (product design), as well as the processes applicable in the PLM environment.

  • You will also create technical specifications for Design and Testing phases of product Development. Evaluate market and Intellectual property trends to achieve competitive excellence.

  • You will interact with suppliers, PLM, manufacturing to support cross-functional activities. Interface with customers to gather requirements and translate to product feature specifications, performing complex cross functional tasks between hardware, software, and test groups to address critical path items and accelerate system pre-compliance type testing (UL), coordinate release packages and version control between technical teams.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

  • 3 plus years of experience in electronics development or design.

  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

  • AI- running machine learning algorithms.

  • Experience Thermal design tools such as Ansys Icepak and Altium.

  • Experience in use of system simulators such as Matlab/Simulink, Ansys Simplorer/Twin Builder and/or Spice.

  • Experience applying knowledge of Big Data/Machine Learning concepts.

  • Experience with blue tooth and IoT communication protocols (Zigbee, Matter).

  • You also 5 plus years of experience and profound knowledge in hardware design (analogue and digital circuit technology, power electronics) with some experience in the development of embedded software.

  • You have a methodical and structured way of working, complemented by your strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Your ability to analyze and your customer orientation as well as your good written and spoken English complete your profile.

  • You bring good knowledge of microprocessor technology as well as digital and analogue circuit technology.

  • You also have good knowledge of EMC-compliant design as well as the heat dissipation and thermal design of electronic devices.

  • You are experienced in the use of CAE tools/methods for hardware development (circuit design, simulation, test, FMEA), version management and office tools.

  • You have excellent hands-on laboratory skills, passion for experimental work with a high level of detail.

  • You have experience to troubleshoot system, software, firmware, circuit board and component level failures.

  • You can translate functional requirements and working designs into test methods.

  • You have strong computer skills to do efficient data processing, analysis, and documentation. Software programming Labview, C, C++, C#, python.

  • The pay range for this position is $97,500 - $167,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
